In April 2021, as our business expanded, we relocated our head office to Ikebukuro, one of Tokyo's major urban sub-centers.
In August of the same year, we increased our capital to ¥25M and fully launched our business of purchasing and reselling pre-owned whole buildings.
We built an in-house system covering everything from market analysis and site surveys to revitalization planning, steadily establishing a stable business foundation.
