We offer two types of free appraisal: a desktop (quick) appraisal or an on-site appraisal.
For a desktop appraisal, we research the property from every angle based on the information you provide—its strengths and weaknesses, market prices, road prices, official land prices, and more—and usually respond within two business days with the price at which we would purchase it directly. For an on-site appraisal, we inspect the interior in person to provide a more accurate valuation.
We can flexibly accommodate your preferences—for example, starting with a desktop appraisal and then considering an on-site appraisal.
